Jewelry Layaway
We offer a flexible jewelry layaway plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 25% deposit of
the total purchase, not including tax.
The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations &
adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Most can be done the same day. Expired
layaways will receive an in-store credit for monies received unless the items were sale merchandise or discounted.
Financing
R&J Jewelers offers In Store financing for qualified accounts.
"Same as cash" and other payment plans are available to fit your jewelry purchasing needs.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates for jewelry in any denomination.
Returns & Exchanges
Most exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Special orders and altered items may be non-returnable and/or subject to restocking fees.
Refunds
Refunds are NOT accepted. 30 day even exchange only.
Diamond Inspections
We recommend bringing us your diamond jewelry for inspection every 6 months. Our jeweler will inspect
the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is free.
Jewelry Appraisals
We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on your purchase. Appraisals are performed
by our Certified Gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Custom Work
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 25% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins.
Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the clientÕs complete satisfaction.
