| R& J Jewelers was established in 2002 by Steve Haley & Greg Munson and has been a locals favorite since the beginning. Having one of the most modern and advanced repair and design facilities on the West Coast we will exceed your expectations on repairs and custom design work.
Our philosophy of providing exceptional service and doing work on the premises gives our customers an opportunity to get away from the lack of choices offered by the Big Box stores. Our carefully crafted jewelry is made to last unlike the disposable jewelry that is sold for price and does not take quality and craftsmanship into consideration. We opened R&J Jewelers to give people a choice in quality, locally made jewelry that will last for generations, not just a few years before needing major repair work or wearing out.
Greg started working in the jewelry business in 1985 and was also hired by Rogers Jewelers. Trained by a master jeweler/watchmaker, Greg has been working on the bench, as well as doing design and sales, ever since. Both Steve and Greg have worked for the major chain jewelry stores and know how these big box stores operate, enabling them to get the best look for your money without sacrificing quality.
We want to be different at R&J Jewelers. We are a customer service-oriented store that is able to provide Custom Designed jewelry for less than what people pay for stock items out of the cases at the chain stores. We also understand the importance of giving back to the community that’s supported us which is why Greg is an active member of Rotary International in the Sparks Centennial Sunrise Rotary Club.
As of October 31st 2008 Steve has retired from R & J Jewelers but will always be remembered as one of our founders. |
